S/4- PPDS Senior Consultant

What your new challenge will look like

As S/4- PPDS Senior Consultant your responsibilities will include:

• Implement and optimize PPDS solutions in S/4 to enhance production efficiency and reduce lead times.

• Utilize iPPE within SAP to create and manage integrated models of products and production processes, ensuring seamless alignment between design and manufacturing.

• Develop strategies for model mixed planning to manage varying production scenarios and product complexities.

• Conduct detailed scheduling and capacity planning to optimize resources and throughput.

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure that PPDS functionalities align with overall business goals.

• Provide expert consultation on process design and workflow improvement within the context of PPDS.

• Train and support end-users in effectively utilizing PPDS tools and systems.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in production planning technologies and methodologies.

• Robust background in S/4- Supply Chain, specifically within the ePPDS module, coupled with expertise in Integrated Product and Process Engineering (iPPE) and model mixed planning.

• Six to Eight Years of Implementing and/ or supporting ePPDS module of S/4 or PPDS module of SAP- APO.

• Two to Three Implementation project experience as Functional consultant.

• Proven expertise in iPPE and familiarity with engineering to order (ETO) environments.

• Strong understanding of model mixed planning techniques and their application in a manufacturing setting.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Knowledge of other S/4 modules such as PP,MM, QM, and SD.

• SAP Certification in Production Planning or related areas. (Nice to Have)

• Supply Chain APICs Certification like CPIM, CSCP. (Nice to Have)
