We are growing our Community Supports (CS) program at Elica! CS is a key part of CalAIM’s new statewide Medi-Cal benefit available to select members with complex needs and who are facing difficult life and health circumstances. CS services are free and can help members with complex health issues that may be caused or worsened by a lack of housing, food, or transportation. Community Supports at Elica support Medi-Cal Beneficiaries in establishing a basic household and maintain safe and stable housing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The CS Supervisor's overall role is to communicate organizational needs, oversee employees' compliance with the CalAim Community Supports (CS) and Managed Care Plans (MCP) requirements, provide guidance on compliance with the CalAim CS and MCP requirements, support compliance with the CalAim CS and MCP requirements, enforce quality, and provide training and guidance ensuring the successful completion of program requirements.
The CS Supervisor focuses on supervising daily operations and staff’s compliance in providing Housing Transition Navigation, Housing Deposits, Housing Tenancy and Sustaining services to clients enrolled in the CS programs. The ultimate goal of all services provided is assisting the client with obtaining fair, safe and permanent housing, sustaining their housing, and providing linkage to resources available to clients. The CS team is a part of the Social Care Department and works in close collaboration with ECM and other support programs.

Requirements
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The successful candidate will be willing and able to:
- CS Supervisor supports the team with guidance on Managed Health Plans’ requirements for the successful operation of the CS program on a day-to day basis.
- Interprets and explains program requirements, workflows, and policies to staff members and supporting departments within the organization to achieve a successful program.
- CS Supervisor works with the CalAIM Manager ensuring that the team meets MHPs’ requirements.
- Leads all reporting, monitoring, and tracking of program goals.
- Participates in health plan audits including credentialing, medical records and ensuring compliance with Health Plans requirements by reviewing documentation and reports.
- Leads peer quality assurance processes and participates in organizational QA reviews.
- CS Supervisor attends regular meetings with management, the team, and one on one.
- Attends and represents Elica Health Centers in public and community forums and meetings.
- Collaborates with community partners for successful program delivery to MCP members.
- Trains new and existing team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
The successful Candidate has:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a departmentally related fiel
