At the same time, we are committed to innovation and designing new products which are in keeping with our Maisons values, through a process of continuous creativity. </p> <p> </p> <p>Within an international and multi-branded environment, Richemont Identity and Access Management (IAM) mission is to provide Identity Governance and management services to all it’s employees and partners. </p> <p> </p> <p>Responsibilities:  </p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IAM’s technical solutions, including Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Secret Management. </p> </li> <li> <p>Creates and maintains standards surrounding documentation related to identity processes, procedures and infrastructure. </p> </li> <li> <p>Drives planning and execution of identity management roadmaps and technology enhancements. </p> </li> <li> <p>Architect plans for implementing management's directives in most secure manners with least disruption.  </p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable IAM solutions aligned with, Richemont’s IAM ambition, industry standards and regulatory compliance. </p> </li> <li> <p>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IAM team members, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence in execution. </p> </li> <li> <p>Conduct regular assessments of IAM infrastructure, identifying vulnerabilities, areas for improvements, and recommending remediation measures to strengthen security posture of the IAM stack at Richemont. </p> </li> <li> <p>Serve as a subject matter expert on technical processes and technologies, staying abreast of emerging trends, tools, and techniques in IAM and cybersecurity domains. </p> </li> <li> <p>Drive automation initiatives to optimize IAM workflows, enhance efficiency, and minimize manual intervention in access management processes. </p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with Technology and Security teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments, not only from a technical perspective. </p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Collaborate with Product Area Managers and other relevant stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the vision and goals of the product.  </p> </li> <li> <p>Work with stakeholders to address issues related to resources, dependencies, or external factors. </p> </li> <li> <p>Respond to break/fix requests, monitor environment, support Digital Technology in any change management process for development, QA, and production environments. </p> </li> <li> <p>Support Level 3 tickets including bugs, outages, new feature request. </p> </li> <li> <p>Provide reports as requested for compliance, architecture or security-wise. </p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Skills:  </p> <ul> <li> <p>10+ Years of experience in the IT field, at least 5+ years in the IAM field. </p> </li> <li> <p>Capacity to act as technical lead when needed.  </p> </li> <li> <p>Strong Knowledge in PowerShell, Python, GitLab, Terraform, Entra ID, Azure AD B2C, Active Directory. </p> </li> <li> <p>In depth understanding of identity Protocols and technologies: OpenID Connect (OIDC,) OAuth, SAML, AD-Fed, API Gateways, SCIM, and platforms such as MS Azure. </p> </li> <li> <p>Okta / Saviynt / Cyberark / AWS / Alicloud / GCP knowledge is a plus. </p> </li> <li> <p>Lead the planning process, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline development, risk assessment, execution, and delivery of the IAM projects. </p> </li> <li> <p>Manage and monitor project progress, track milestones, and proactively identify potential roadblocks and propose solutions. </p> </li> <li> <p>Conduct regular assessments to identify and develop service opportunities. </p> </li> <li> <p>Solid and practical understanding of technology, including identity flows and processes. </p> </li> </ul> <p>Soft Skills: </p> <ul> <li> <p>Team player. </p> </li> <li> <p>High flexibility. </p> </li> <li> <p>Customer-centric mindset. </p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Being able to work on things that are not in the engineer or architect domain. </p> </li> <li> <p>Strong communication skills. </p> </li> <li> <p>Detail-minded with excellent critical thinking ability.  </p> </li> <li> <p>Flexible, adaptable personality, open to change. </p> </li> </ul> <p>linguistic proficiency: </p> <ul> <li> <p>English (Mandatory) </p> </li> <li> <p>French (Optional) </p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Qualifications:  </p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in computer science, engi
