Position Summary:
We are seeking a Client Finance Manager to lead and manage our dynamic Client Finance team. This critical role involves overseeing the financial management of a division at Real Chemistry, ensuring fiscal health, and driving financial strategies to support business growth. The Client Finance Manager will play a key role in revenue reporting, forecasting, and collaborating with leadership to optimize financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Manage Financial Operations: Oversee client project financials, including project setup, budget management, revenue rule setup, and maintenance. Ensure financial operations align with company objectives and client needs.
Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic financial plans. Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and business growth.
Invoicing and Compliance: Ensure timely client billing and compliance with contractual agreements. Lead the preparation of invoicing trackers and financial health reports.
Audit and Documentation: Oversee the management and organization of SOW/PO documentation for audit compliance. Ensure all financial records are accurate and accessible.
Accounts Receivable and Collections: Lead the Accounts Receivable (AR) process, ensuring effective collections and maintaining strong client relationships.
Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and develop Client Finance Analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Ad Hoc Support: Provide support to Finance Directors and other senior leaders on special projects and initiatives as needed. a
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years in Client Finance, FP&A, or related fields, with demonstrated experience in a managerial role. Experience with enterprise-level financial systems is essential; NetSuite/Open Air experience is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. A Master’s degree or CPA certification is preferred.
Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Leadership Abilities: Proven track record of leading teams, managing projects, and delivering results. Ability to motivate and develop team members.
Communication Skills: Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Personal Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable. Strong judgment skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Embraces the company values of being Impact-Obsessed, Evolve Always, and Accountability with an “I”.
Pay Range: $80,000 to $95,000
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
