Cybersecurity Engineer (OH) [JOB ID: 20241009]

Phoenix Cyber is looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to support a government client. This position in onsite in Columbus, OH. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Performs a variety of routine project tasks applied to specialized Cybersecurity problems.
• Tasks involve integration of electronic processes or methodologies to resolve total system problems, or technology problems as they relate to cybersecurity requirements. Analyzes information security requirements.
• Applies analytical and systematic approaches in the resolution of problems of workflow, organization, and planning.
• Provides security engineering support for planning, design, development, testing, demonstration, integration of information systems.

Required Skills:

• Seven (7) years of relevant IT experience
• Top Secret Clearance 
• Category IAT Level II (Security+, CySA etc) 
• CSSP Certification: CSSP-IR or CSSP-A  (CySA, CEH, etc) 
• Able to complete Computing Environment training and certification within 6 months 
• Computing Environment Cert: Incident Response

Pay Range: 100,000-130,000 based on experience.
