Company: Precious Care ABA Location: Remote / Hybrid (based on operational needs) Employment Type: Full-Time About Us Precious Care ABA is a growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider offering in-home and center-based services. We are expanding rapidly and are seeking an experienced ABA-focused HR professional to lead and manage our Human Resources department. Position Overview We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented HR Manager with direct ABA industry experience to oversee all HR functions. This role will be responsible for compliance, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR systems across a growing clinical workforce.This role is NOT entry-level. Prior ABA HR experience is required.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements (Must-Have):

2–3+ years of HR experience specifically within an ABA company

Direct experience supporting:
-
RBTs, BCBAs, BTs, Clinical Supervisors, and administrative staff
-

Strong understanding of:
-
BACB requirements
-
RBT onboarding, training, and supervision compliance
-
Credentialing, recredentialing, and tracking certifications
-
-
Experience with multi-state or rapidly growing ABA organizations preferred
-
Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and employee relations in healthcare
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the entire HR department and HR processes
-
Lead onboarding and offboarding for all clinical and administrative staff

Ensure ongoing compliance with BACB standards and company policies

Maintain accurate tracking of:
-
RBT certifications
-
BCBA licensure
-
Training requirements
-
Background checks and clearances
-

Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
-
Handle employee relations, corrective actions, and performance management
-
Partner with leadership to support hiring growth and retention strategies

Oversee HR systems, documentation, and reporting
-
Serve as the main HR point of contact for staff and leadership
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience scaling HR processes in a growing ABA organization

Familiarity with HRIS systems, payroll coordination, and benefits administration

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to work independently and manage confidential information
