Project Manager

We are searching for a Project Manager on behalf of our client. This is a 1yr. contract assignment. (W-2)  Project management coordinating project portions that will impact the development and implementation of training, such as training building set up, maintenance, glass panel simulator room support etc.
 

This position is responsible for the completion of substantial projects that support nuclear objectives. The person in this role  will lead projects that vary with regard to resource requirements, functional interaction, direction, scope, and timeframe. Individuals maintain project momentum, report completion status, and control costs to budget.
 

Location: Palo, IA 52324.   Per diem available.

This is a 1yr.  contract assignment. (W-2) 

Job Duties & Responsibilities
•   Leads substantial and complex projects independently to ensure completion in accordance with schedule date
•   Develops project plans such that stakeholders and contributors understand their assignments and timing
•   Deploys resources efficiently, ensuring that work performance flows without bottlenecks and gaps
•   Innovates solutions to problems that arise from changing project circumstances
•   Values and effectively incorporates certain functional experts into projects
•   Calculates costs and controls expenses to budget
•   Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
•   High School Grad / GED
•   Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
•   Experience: 4+ years
•   Min Exp in Lieu of Degree:9+ years

Preferred Qualifications
•   Bachelor's - Engineering
•   Accredited Training Program experience
