ABOUT THE ROLE

• As a Recruiter at ROI Hunter, you won’t just be filling roles—you’ll be an important part of our team’s success. 
• You’ll be the person who thrives on balancing multiple priorities and finding creative solutions in even the trickiest situations.
• Your mission? To attract and bring on board the best-fit talent for every team across the company, from fresh starters to seasoned managers. You’ll partner with hiring managers as an advisor—offering insights, guidance, and sometimes even challenging their ideas to ensure we find the perfect match.
• You’ll become our go-to expert on different job markets, navigating hiring in the Czech Republic, the UK, the UAE, Brazil, and beyond. Wherever we’re looking for talent, you’ll be there, representing our brand and culture and delivering a great candidate experience.
• In this role, you’ll lead the hiring process using data and tech tools while having fun and enjoying what you do. It's a challenging but rewarding journey where you’ll have all the support and resources you need to unlock your potential truly.

Requirements

ABOUT YOU

• You enjoy challenges, and a fast-paced environment feels like home to you. With about 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience under your belt, you’re confident in your ability to hire the best across different markets—including at least one outside the Czech Republic.
• You’re excited by the variety and always up for trying something new. Your strengths in critical thinking, active listening, and clear, confident communication make you someone people naturally turn to for advice.
• We don’t expect you to know everything or to be perfect. We’re excited to see you grow with us.
• Organization and prioritization? You’re a pro at keeping things on track. And while you don’t need to be a math wizard, being comfortable with numbers definitely helps.
• You need to be very well organized and know how to prioritize your work efficiently.
• You’ll be using English daily in this role, so being proficient and comfortable with it is key. We’re not looking for perfection—just someone who enjoys communicating in English and is excited to work in a multilingual environment.
