Compensation: 

• A pay rate that varies from $14.25 to $15.00 per hour, depending on expertise

 Skills:

 ·          Control ·         Ability to follow instructions: Strong ability to follow cleaning checklists and specific guidelines set by supervisor·         Reliability and trustworthiness: Maintaining a strong work ethic with commitment to completing tasks thoroughly and punctually·         Basic Maintenance Skills: Knowing how to perform minor repairs or maintenance on cleaning equipment’s ·         Physical Stamina: Capability to perform physical demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended Periods.

Responsibilities and Duties:

 ·         Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when replenishment is needed.·         Report cleaning emergencies, such as spills or accidents.·         Address and resolve clients concerns regarding cleanliness·         Periodically clean and clean heating and air conditioning vents.   Job Qualifications:·         Demonstrate honesty, integrity and a hard work ethic·         Always do what is Right·         Go the Extra Mile·         Basic Understanding of equipment·         Commitment to maintain a safe working environment
