Job Description

Position Overview - Basic Functions & Responsibility:

Essential function(s) includes, but is not limited to:

Serves as a business resource for our company's processes supporting Site Services, Production, and Utility Engineering. Manages various assignments requiring analytical ability, independent judgment, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Conducts research, investigations, and analyzes data, and recommends action. Develops reports, tables, graphs, presentations, and correspondence. Requires in-depth knowledge of specialized programs (i.e. SAP, Ariba, MEDs, Workday, Quality DOCS, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Primary activities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in establishment and management of financial budget accounts.

• Manages GMP and Non-GMP documents including reviewing and filing documents for long term retention. 

• Oversees contractor/vendor financial accounts for proper and timely billing.

• Coordinates planned and unplanned work invoicing and develops purchase order requests

• Manages on boarding of site contractors in Workday and subsequent in-processing requirements.

• Serves as central communication for Plant Engineering group GMP, Non-GMP, and Safety Audits

• Edit standard operating procedures (SOP) when needed.

• Performs monthly EA (estimated actual) and tracks spending for Plant Engineering/Maintenance financial accounts.

• Performs functions supporting Utilities, Site Services, and Plant Maintenance teams, including coordination of multiple projects with understanding the principles and technical skills related to work assignments.

Skills Required:

• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical experience with GMP background preferred.

• Associate Degree in Business or Information Technology preferred (High School Diploma or equivalent is required).

• Computer skills including troubleshooting of software problems and operation of other peripheral devices.

• Self-directed; work priorities and activities with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal/external customers to manage workflow.

• Proficient using Microsoft Programs: Excel, Word , PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook.

• Skilled in Lean Manufacturing Principles (5S and Continuous Improvement).
