You will gain hands-on experience in business operations, reporting, and insights while working closely with cross-functional teams. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop analytical and project management skills in a dynamic, international environment.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Assist in gathering, analyzing, and visualizing business data to support decision-making.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and insights for internal stakeholders.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Help optimize processes related to resource planning, procurement, and performance tracking.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Contribute to strategic projects by conducting research and preparing recommendations.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of operational tasks.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Assist in managing documentation and coordination efforts for ongoing.</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>What you bring</b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span>Student (f/m/d) currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economics, or a related field.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in business operations and strategy.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with analytical tools is a plus.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Strong communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Enthusiasm for working in an international and cross-functional environment.</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Meet your team</b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>The COO team for SAP SuccessFactors serves as the operational backbone for our Product &amp; Engineering unit.
