Member Service Representative ( Remote )

We are seeking a Member Service Representative to join our team. As a Member Service Representative, you will be the face of our organization, providing excellent customer service and ensuring members have a positive experience. In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist members with their queries, provide information about our services, and resolve any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate member records and processing transactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to members in person, over the phone, and via email

• Answer member inquiries and provide information about our services and products

• Address member concerns and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner

• Process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records

• Promote and cross-sell our products and services to meet member needs

• Assist with opening and closing member accounts

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous customer service experience is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in using computer systems and software

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of banking regulations and products is a plus
