About the role
Essential Functions: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position:
- Monitor and maintain current inventory levels.
- Tracks orders and investigates problems.
- Performance physical count of inventory and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports such as Put Away and Shrink reports.
- Re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.
- Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry.
- May lead, guide, and train staff performing related work.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Location items in shrink off of daily report.
- Collaborate with warehouse employees to ensure that cycle counts are completed.
- Investigate inventory errors and perform corrective measures.
- Regular, reliable attendance is required as work cannot be performed remotely.
- Other duties may be assigned, directed or requested.
- Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately.
- Perform Forklift Operator Daily Checklists on assigned equipment.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Minimum of one year of warehouse experience preferred but not necessary..
- Basic proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be able to work flexible schedules as required which may include working off shifts and weekends.
- Must be able to stand and walk up 8 to 10 hours a day.
- Must be able repetitively reach up and out.
- Must be able push/pull up to 25 pounds repeatedly and occasionally push/pull up to 75 Lbs.
- Will frequently lift up to 50 Lbs. and occasionally lift up to 75 Lbs.
- Will frequently squat and stoop.
- Will frequently climb stairs and use step stools.

- The work performed is in a high-volume distribution center environment.
- The employee is frequently exposed to vibrations, dust and will be working around moving machinery.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate at low decibels.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
