Responsibilities:

The BXCI Investment Operations team is looking for a key member of the team focused on operational oversight and management of its Strategic Insurance Clients. This team liaises directly with key internal and external stakeholders in ensuring the accuracy of the Clients’ Investment and Accounting records with a high standard of care.

The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:

• Drive successful onboarding of new and/or expanded client relationships, coordinating with clients to ensure smooth and successful new product/mandate launches, including onboarding and integration with service providers
• Daily management of the Investment Portfolios to ensure internal and external SLA’s are being met.  Must have experience managing Insurance specific needs (accounting treatment, regulatory concerns, etc…) leveraging teams located across multiple regions globally. Run the period end close process, collaborating with the Client, GFF (Global Fund Finance), Product Control, Compliance, and service providers
• Work with Technology to develop, automate, and streamline workflows. Collaborate with clients to design and scope new reporting needs, and work closely with Technology to build the required reporting infrastructure
• Serve as the senior escalation point for all matters within the client vertical, addressing and resolving issues as they arise
• Monitor the new product pipeline and deal pipelines, staying informed about upcoming projects and potential opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
• 12+ Years Related Experience
• Strong understanding of Insurance Industry is preferred
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Results oriented, deadline driven and resourceful person who thrives in a dynamic environment
• Independent worker / self-starter
• Advanced Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong Excel skills preferred
• Proven success as a team player

Expected annual base salary range:

$185,000 - $275,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
