Senior Manager Manufacturing

Senior Manager Manufacturing to lead and optimize manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient production and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage both upstream (cell culture, bioreactors) and downstream (filtration, purification) operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, yield, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Lead and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including quality, engineering, and supply chain, to drive operational success.
• Analyze production data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership experience in a biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in both upstream and downstream manufacturing processes.
• In-depth knowledge of GMP, regulatory compliance, and process optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
