Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday available.

 

As a Security Officer - Stadium Patrol in San Bernardino, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a government human services location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine foot patrols, stay highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with calm, clear communication. You will support staff and visitors with customer service, report observations, and work as part of a reliable team that acts with integrity while adapting to daily needs.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access control requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government services location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to site contacts and/or public emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor and document security-related activity using reports, shift logs, and/or incident documentation, and report maintenance concerns or hazards through established channels.
• Support orderly operations by providing directions, observing for policy violations, and assisting with de-escalation and/or conflict resolution consistent with post orders and training.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
