AdvisaCare is seeking a Home Health RN Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Lake City, MI.

Must hold an active Michigan Registered Nurse License.

This is a LEADERSHIP ROLE...Great communication skills as well as the ability to teach clinical tasks are necessary.

Requirements

• Current MI State Registered Nurse License, TB test, CPR
• Minimum 1 year Home Health Experience required.
• Clear Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen
• Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, organized with good time management skills
• Reliable transportation, MI Driver's License & Auto Insurance
• Experience with Wounds, Assessments, and other Nursing Skills as required
• Current and reliable cell phone and be easily reachable
• OASIS E experience a PLUS!
