About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Corporate FP&A as the second addition to our FP&A team. Together with the Senior Director of FP&A, you will partner with executives across the organization on highly visible and cross-functional projects to help prioritize resources and aid strategic decision making. This position will play a key role in partnering with the GTM, Customer Success, Data and Product teams to forecast bookings, ARR, and revenue at the client level in order to guide key growth and operating metrics for the company.
This role requires someone who is highly analytical and motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to communicate clearly and effectively. This role will report to the Senior Director of FP&A. This position is a hybrid remote role in our Menlo Park, CA office. The Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A will spend two days per week in the office.
Your Responsibilities:
- Own the company’s financial model and support forecasting, budgeting and long-term planning
- Partner with revenue operations and data analytics in order to deepen understanding around topline revenue metrics and improve forecasting
- Drive monthly and/or quarterly financial reviews with department leaders to understand key forecast variances and be able to identify any key trends and areas for forecast improvement
- Strong understanding of financial modeling and key metrics used in B2B2C businesses
- Drive process improvement workflows by leveraging data and insights
- Model out the P&L impact of business initiatives and provide recommendations that aid decision-making
- Assist with board materials or investor-related requests on an ad hoc basis
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience across FP&A, investment banking, or strategic financ
- Prior experience at a B2B2C hyper-growth or digital health start-up is a plus
- Strong financial modeling skills across all three financial statements and very high level of comfort with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to build strong cross functional relationships and work collaboratively across the company
- Strong communicator who can explain complex concepts to non-financial audiences across the organization
- Strong attention to detail with a natural feel for numbers and can thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Experience implementing and budgeting with FP&A software
- Ability to work two days per week in our Menlo Park, California office is strongly preferred but not required
