Marketo Sr. Marketing Automation Consultant - Remote

 

 

Perficient Digital currently has a career opportunity for a Sr. Marketing Automation Consultant with Marketo and HubSpot to join our team. This position can be located anywhere nationally and is mostly remote.

• Works as a marketing automation (Marketo/HubSpot) technical subject matter expert, having had the breadth and depth of experience to provide solutions to complex business problems, based on real-world experiences. 

• Conducts business process review meetings and defines technical/functional requirements for marketing automation solutions. 

• Creates marketing automation implementation plans to include sales and marketing alignment, lead-to-revenue strategies, database requirements, nurture strategy and execution, automation configuration, and functional mapping of integrations. 

• Leads architecture projects, working to understand functional requirements, interacting with cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and deliver. 

• Oversees and executes marketing automation audits, implementations, integrations, and rebuilds as a member of a cross-functional team. 

• Generates customer presentations leveraging value-based methodologies. 

• Develops proof-of-concept projects to validate new architectures and solutions. 

• Collaborates with account and project managers in managing client relationships. 
   

• Passionate marketer with 3 years of hands on Marketo and HubSpot (required) Marketing Automation experience.  

• Experience with other marketing automation platforms (Pardot/Eloqua) is a plus. 

• Consulting, agency or client facing experience. 

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology. 

• Strong consulting and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with various organizations in pursuit of problem solutions. 

• Ability to create/write client facing technical and executive summary documentation

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts

 The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000.  Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
