Your Purpose as a Sales Manager:
- Demonstrates a high level of proficiency through the Single Point of Contact sales process.
- Proficient knowledge of all paperwork involved with the sale of the vehicle, including obtaining customer signatures and securing payoff and insurance information.
- Responsible to comply and understand all processes of dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and local regulations.
- Acquire and maintains current state insurance license, completing continuing credit insurance education as needed.
- Greets and creates a delightful professional and courteous experience for all guests by phone, e-mail, or face-face interactions.
- Maintains professionalism and delivers excellent customer service to each guest.
- Conducts vehicle feature and benefit presentation by assisting guests on their test drive of vehicle(s).
- Ability to maintain strong product knowledge for all manufacture products to support guests’ questions.
- Directs guests to additional information resources by staying entuned to all manufacture changes and updates.
Basic Qualifications:
- Knowledge working with customer service environments required.
- Working knowledge of all dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and local regulations required.
- Required to acquire and maintain all current state insurance license including credit insurance education as needed.
- Ability to quickly learn new and changing sales technology advancements and processes.
- Working knowledge ability in utilizing metric base KPI’s to grow business preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn and maintain manufacture product knowledge.
- Excellent written and oral communication required.
- Experience in fast-paced environments required.
- Time management, detail oriented, organizational, problem- solving abilities.
- Strong collaboration and communication capabilities and skillsets to develop and effectively maintain partnerships internally and externally.
- Ability to effectively interact and engage multiple guests at one time.
- Valid driver’s license.
