As highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of our team in the Nordics and actively contribute to the Talent Acquisition and HR processes for our offices in Stockholm and Gothenburg in line with our global HR strategy.

You will work closely with the local People Development Specialist, the Nordic management team and with HR colleagues in Germany as well as in other countries. You will play a key role in attracting the right talents as well as welcoming them and building their expertise.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process for permanent employees and interns (source, identify and retain potential candidates, screen applications, organize interviews, write employment contracts, monitor (post) offer process)
  • Organize, promote and run recruiting events (e.g. workshops, company presentations, dinners) at local target universities
  • Run employer branding activities in social media in line with our corporate identity
  • Be a contact person for applicants, recruiting agencies and in social media
  • Welcome new colleagues, organize their local onboarding and further trainings together with our Global training & development team
  • Coordinate internal local events in line with corporate activities
  • Maintain our employee data base for new entries
  • Support local HR projects and global HR initiatives (like training sessions for experienced consultants or women(at)rolandberger)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, e.g. in business or social sciences, HR specialization is a plus
  • 1-2 years of proven experience within talent acquisition, HR administration, marketing & communications and/or in another HR function
  • Working knowledge of Swedish labor law and data protection rules
  • Organizational and improvisational talent, as well as structured
  • Independent work style and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Highly reliable and flexible, keeping a cool head when dealing with multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills in an international environment. Fluent in Swedish as well as in English
