CLINICAL SUPERVISOR - HOLLAND AREA - MENTAL HEALTH / ADDICTION SERVICES

THIS IS A 50/50 SPLIT, providing clinical supervision and clinical services.

This position has an annual salary range that is based on applicable experience: $62,000 - $70,000

The Clinical Supervisor is accountable to the Director of the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) for providing leadership in ongoing development of the program and staff. They provide leadership and supervision of treatment planning; lead group, individual and family therapy sessions; work with other treatment personnel in establishing the therapeutic competence within the program. The clinical supervisor is responsible to ensure their staff are trained and perform to acceptable standards in authorizations, documentation and professionalism.
