About the role

The Network Hardware team within the Global Supply Chain Operations (GSCO) group is responsible for teaming with our supply chain partners to build, deliver, and enable Meta’s Data Center, Backbone & Edge infrastructure. Meta’s foundation is its Data Centers, and key partnerships with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) & Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) across the Networking industry are a crucial piece in building and operationalizing this infrastructure. The NW-GSCO is responsible for managing the performance of these partners while setting and achieving key performance metrics (ex. On-time delivery) from our ODMs/OEMs & alternative inventory staging partners. This requires a dynamic approach to work to unlock challenges on the tactical (ex. supply), strategic (ex. The team is inherently dynamic, requiring coordination across engineering, NPI, mass production, and sustaining teams all within a given cycle. Put simply: the NW-GSCO team is composed of problem solvers who build relationships both within- and beyond- Meta to achieve industry-leading performance and pave the way for Meta’s AI-enabled infrastructure.
