Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced marketer to support the development of the patient and APP strategy and tactics for the CELMoDs portfolio in multiple myeloma. This includes leading patient- and APP-focused work initiatives in market research, patient insight development, messaging, promotional asset development, and media management, considering all current and future indications for two products: iberdomide and mezigdomide. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of oncology patient marketing and APP engagement for the CELMoDs portfolio, directly impacting patient outcomes and advancing our mission to improve the lives of those affected by multiple myeloma.
Reports to Director, Patient and APP Lead – CELMoDs.
Primary Responsibilities
Play an active role in creating and executing the vision and strategy for patient- and APP-focused initiatives across the CELMoDs portfolio.
Assist with many aspects of consumer-related activities, including message development and campaign creation, marketing plan development and business/channel analytics.
Develop comprehensive APP plan, including personal and NPP engagement and partnering closely with CNCs to create engaging and educational resources.
Oversee successful and timely execution of plans and tactics.
Demonstrate strong financial stewardship over budget across all budget management tools.
Work across a wide array of matrix partners, including asset-specific leaders in marketing, medical, AI&A, omnichannel strategy, sales as well as medical, legal and promotional compliance team to develop and execute high-impact marketing materials.
Build a strong relationship with other US Oncology Patient Marketing leads across other products/tumors, Advocacy and Corporate Communications to develop appropriate programs/projects that support the strategy.
Manage multiple agency teams and foster a collaborative and successful partnership.
Ensure all aspects of our business follow BMS’s values, policies, SOPs, and the laws, regulations and codes that apply to our business.
Key Qualifications and Experience
BA degree or equivalent is required; MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
5-7 years of relevant marketing/brand management experience or equivalent (oncology experience helpful but not required; multiple myeloma experience a plus).
US Market launch experience helpful but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organization and prioritization skills.
Experience in managing external resources, including advertising and media agencies.
Experience in conducting primary and secondary market research with demonstrated ability to derive key market insights.
Experience in leading multi-functional teams to accomplish specific objectives and goals.

Compensation Overview:
Princeton - NJ - US: $164,990 - $199,933The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis.
