Principal Technical Program Manager

The Principal Technical Program Managers will define strategies for programs, identify technical impacts on the organization as they relate to business requirements, drive delivery, effectively communicate project status and suggest changes to use company resources more efficiently, regularly participate in executive meetings to present progress, and share project information with stakeholders. This is a senior level role, managing programs with visibility up to the VP/SVP level of OHAI Clinicals.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

• Identify process gaps and build mechanisms to scale.
• Work with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain our roadmap, setting appropriate expectations and ensuring our product and services meet our high operational excellence standards.
• Drive execution for on-time, on-scope delivery of features.
• Drive program schedules from design to launch, communicate to partners and senior leaders.
• Thrive and succeed in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or conflicting priorities.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide critical issue management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
• Lead interactions with cross functional teams consisting of  Engineers, Product Managers and executive leadership.

US: Hiring Range: from $87,800 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
