Hitachi Energy is seeking a skilled Contract Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic North America Talent Acquisition team! This is a pure sourcing role, partnering with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to find and engage top-tier talent to fill critical roles in the US and Canada. The position requires minimal travel and will work remotely in the U.S.
Your Responsibilities
Sourcing Strategy Development – Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to develop and deploy effective sourcing strategies aimed at finding and attracting sales, engineering, software development, field service, and other desired skill sets.
Lead Generation – Leverage a variety of platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates.
Sourcing - Implement creative sourcing strategies to tap into both active and passive talent pools.
Market Research – Provide regular updates on market dynamics and adjust sourcing strategies as needed.
Talent Engagement & Networking – Foster relationships with potential candidates through personalized outreach and engagement efforts.
Collaboration – Work closely with the Talent Partners to understand hiring needs and tailor lead generation strategies accordingly. Provide timely and relevant information on potential candidates to streamline the recruitment process.
Continuous Improvement – Analyze the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Metrics & Reporting – Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to lead generation and regularly report on progress.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field and 3-5 years of talent sourcing experience; OR, High School Diploma/GED and 5-8 years of experience in talent sourcing.
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
Expertise in utilizing cutting-edge tools and platforms to identify and engage passive candidates.
Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with potential talent.
Ability to collaborate seamlessly with recruiters and hiring managers to align on sourcing strategies.
Knowledge of OFCCP and DOL requirements regarding recruitment and hiring in the United States.
