CACI is seeking a Sr. Endpoint Engineer to join our team on a contract supporting the Department of Homeland Security. As a Sr. Endpoint Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team of windows cloud engineers and security specialists with experience in Windows, Intune, Autopilot, Enterprise Patching, Azure Active Directory, Virtualization, Cloud, and scripting experience. In this role, you will work across endpoint management and cloud operations teams driving automation through scripting and testing of new/emerging technologies to deliver faster deployments and decreased workload. 

 
What You’ll Get to Do: 

• Support Intune administration and engineering, to include compliance policies for conditional access, application deployment and patching, management and troubleshooting 
• Use Windows Update for Business to keep Windows workstations patched to correct levels 
• Create and deploy Intune configurations, policies, and settings 
• Manage and maintain Windows 11 workstation baseline configurations 
• Support and troubleshooting for Windows Autopilot  
• Identify, analyze, and resolve system problems with both short-term workarounds and long-term solutions 
• Package software and updates for deployment in the test and production environments. 
• Develop security baselines based on the recommendations from the Engineering and Security teams. 
• Create reports on device compliance, application deployment, patch management, and software inventory 
• Write PowerShell scripts to automate systems administration tasks 
• Respond to escalated service desk/team requests 
• Provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced systems engineers 
• Communicate effectively (in oral and written form) with a variety of individuals, work well within small and large team environments 
• Serves as liaison with clients, participating in meetings to ensure client needs are met 
• Contribute to special projects as required 

You’ll Bring These Qualifications: 

• Ability to attain DHS EOD 
• BA + 10 years’ applicable experience, AA + 12 years’ applicable experience or 16 years’ experience 
• Advanced experience of PowerShell scripting 
• Experience with Defender Application Control & App Locker
• Intune experience, supporting software packaging and patching 
• Advanced knowledge of packaging, testing, deployment, and issue remediation 
• Windows Autopilot experience 
• Solid understanding of Azure Active Directory 

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: 

• ITIL v3 or v4 certification 
• MCSE Certification
• Cloud Management experience 
• AVD Management
