Accounting Software Support

Aspire Software is looking for an Accounting Software Support to join our team in Lebanon.

What you day will look like:

· Provide accounting consulting support for our ERP software, including industry and process expertise, software implementation assistance, data configuration, and education and training

. Working with end users from all levers of our customer’s organizations to answer accounting and software related questions

. Train customers on how to use the software

. Test and troubleshoot new and existing software features and reports

. Light accounting services for customers (Bank Reconciliation, Account Reconciliations, Financial Statement Review, Payroll Journal Entries, Amortizations etc.)

. Liaise between our customers and our development team to support and test our software solutions and relentlessly track down answers while troubleshooting challenges

Requirements

. Accounting Degree or Related Experience

. 2+ years accounting experience (AP, AR, GL, Amortizations, Inventory Control, Prepaids, etc)

. Love to solve puzzles and figure out how things work.  Excellent troubleshooter

. A keen desire and ability to build trust-filled relationships with multiple customers, balancing the need for consistent approaches with time-to-time special attention

. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and written

. A positive, collaborative, and cooperative manner; we’re really nice, and we love other nice people

. Ability to think independently, make decisions, and communicate those decisions to others inside and outside of the organization

. Strong Excel skills

Nice to have skills:

· Comfort with technology; ability to troubleshoot technical software and hardware issues Comfortable using both Mac and Windows

. Familiarity with DB2 Databases

. Experience in any of the following domains: transportation, truck lease rental, fleet management, shop management, car/truck dealership

. SQL or IBM Query/400

. Jira Service Desk

. Experience with Enrich or Assist Software
