Fitch Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Campaign Analytics based out of our Warsaw office.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact:

 

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Strategy & Insights, the Senior Associate, Campaign Analytics will play an essential role in supporting the Commercial organization, including Senior Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, and Marketing teams. The Analyst will be crucial in offering detailed operational information, sales intelligence, and management insights while fostering a 'self-serve' culture within the team.

• Data Gathering and Mining: Extract and analyze data from internal databases to support strategic initiatives
• Self-Serve Culture: Develop and provide tools and dashboards to promote a self-serve culture for accessing information
• Reporting: Produce recurring reports for Sales, Marketing and the Commercial Leadership Team
• Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with Sales and Marketing to deliver commercial information and support them in achieving and surpassing their targets
• Campaign Performance Tracking: Take ownership of tracking and analyzing campaign performance using Salesforce data, providing clear insights and recommendations top Sales and Marketing leadership to drive effectiveness and best practices
• Handle ad hoc data pulls and queries from the Commercial team as needed

 

You May be a Good Fit if:

 

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience with Salesforce for reporting and data analysis
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data and present it in an accessible format
• Confidence in liaising with senior stakeholders to accurately gather and interpret their requirements
• Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and expand knowledge
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Proven ability in stakeholder management

 

What Would Make You Stand Out:

 

• Experience with PowerBI, SAP, SQL Server, data warehouses, and reporting analytics suites
• Experience within an MI/BIS/Commercial department
