Job Description
The Transformation Coordinator supports continuous improvement efforts throughout the organization as assigned. Facilitates effective, efficient team functions in the delivery of goals and objectives as identified by the Transformation Guiding Team. Schedules training sessions, rapid improvement project workshops and other meetings that help to drive cultural transformation at UM SJMC.
The Transformation Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Transformation Office in an administrative function. Assists Transformation Leaders in facilitating multidisciplinary project meetings and workshops to complete project tasks and activities, while driving innovation, efficiency and time management. Support departmental leaders in monitoring and measuring results. Promote a culture of continuous improvement through facilitation, administrative oversight and cross-functional relationships.
Qualifications
- High School / Diploma (Required)
- 4 year / Bachelor’s Degree: Engineering, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Business or related field (Preferred)
- Lean / Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt (Preferred)
- 1-2 years’ experience in administrative / clerical duties
- 1-2 years’ experience in performing data analysis and validation functions (Bachelor’s degree may suffice in lieu of experience)
