SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Clerk receives, unpacks, checks, and stores equipment and supplies.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Organize and maintain Stock Room to support product inspection, Manufacturing, and R&D with tracking and traceability.
• Receive and unpack incoming materials / pack and prepare materials for ship-out according to procedures / best practices.
• Support Master Planner with inventory control and material movements in accordance to QMS.
• Stage Material for Work Order (WO) in support of manufacturing build.
• Ensure warehouse is maintained in an efficient, clean and safe manner.
• Assist in completing periodic inventory count.
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• High School level equivalency (English reading / writing proficiency).
• At least two year of related work experience is required. (FDA regulated Medical Device industry is a plus).

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

• Organization and attention to details.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision.
• Database and Spreadsheet Skills a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, on the phone and electronically.
• Knowledge of warehousing and inventory management.
• Ability to use electronic hand held device.
• Basic Computer Skills required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and/or motions.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 lbs.

Salary range: 

• $23/hr - $24/hr (Salary range for candidates based in San Jose, CA)
• Compensation for the role is based on geographical location. 
• Compensation also depends on a number of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
