 As a Product Delivery Manager in Fulfillment and Archive Services (FAS), you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.  You will also act as a Project Manager and will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing a project from start to finish to ensure projects are completed to the required standards, on time, and within budget. You will serve as the primary point of communication between stakeholders, team members, and clients to keep everything on track, resolve issues and risks and ensure all are working toward the same goals. In addition, you will be responsible for the coordination and/or delivery of all projects and business support required, along with developing a good rapport with partners, stakeholders, and it is critical to partner with senior management and with the leads across the Business Controls, Technology, Operations and Business Management organizations.

Along the way, you’ll develop a deep, end-to-end understanding of the business and find an inclusive culture that welcomes diverse ideas and supports your individual growth and career mobility.  Within Operations Product, FAS provides comprehensive and efficient document solutions that help connect customers and clients to the information they need in a simple and secure way, and you will play a critical role in delivering the product vision & strategy with expectation of efficient execution & delivery of projects.

 

Job responsibilities
  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Manages effective timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners 
  • Owns and drive the execution and delivery process for large and complex projects: including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, business readiness, testing, and Go Live.
  • Develops, manage, and communicate comprehensive program plans, executive summaries, project status reports, meeting notes, risks, issues, and decisions. and maintain excellent data integrity within project management tools and repositories (JIRA, Confluence, Teams).
  • Adheres to all product and project management controls throughout the program's duration.
  • Navigates challenges, removing roadblocks, and making decisions to keep the project on track.
  • Engages with Scrum of Scrums, Product Owners, and Tech Leads across multiple product areas to maintain awareness of current activities and book of work management.
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, building strong relationships at all levels and understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Evaluates and improve continuous product delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conducts post-implementation reviews and facilitate lessons learned sessions.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 8+ years of Project Manager experience (banking or financial services).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of delivery processes and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, deployment processes, and strategies.
  • Experience in working in a matrixed organization; strong partnership and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to the culture and values of JPMorgan Chase.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to plan, organize, and manage
