- Power BI Dashboard Creation.
- Power BI Refreshing and Error Fixing.
- MIS Report Refreshing.
- MIS Report Writing.
- Good knowledge of Delius – for MIS reports and performance issues.
- Good knowledge of OASys.
- PowerPoint.
- Excel (Pivot Tables, Basic Filtering, Find and Replace, Data Cleansing).
- Ad Hoc Data Requests.
- MS Forms
