Job Summary:
We seek a highly skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Analyst II to join our dynamic Cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining cybersecurity policies and procedures, which will include aligning them to the company's security control library. As a Cybersecurity Analyst II, you will implement and manage a policy and procedure framework and contribute to the Cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage cybersecurity policies and procedures, including the socialization of new and modified policy and procedure requirements
- Proactively identify and assess industry cybersecurity standards and controls to enable Teladoc policy and procedure alignment
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, ISO 27001)
- Develop training content based on policies and procedures
- Measure compliance with Teladoc cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address security requirements and support business initiatives, especially as they relate to the implementation and adoption of Teladoc cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, regarding security issues and initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are highly desirable
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity roles, preferably in a similar capacity
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices
- Experience with GRC tools and technologies
- Understanding of network protocols, architecture, and security controls
- Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevSecOps practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $105,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2024. Total compensation is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information applies to all full-time positions.
