Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior Technical Program Manager Security in San Francisco, CA:
 

Job Duties: Take ownership and accountability of technical project planning and delivery for Cloud Security programs, using demonstrated strong analytical and technical skills. Develop trusted relationships with key technology and functional leaders and stakeholders to drive focus on the strategic program objectives and optimize program delivery. Work across teams to effect department-wide performance improvement with our internal and external customers by designing and implementing processes, metrics, and programs which enhance the overall customer experience. Collaborate with senior managers and engineers to architect and develop the best technical and operational design and approach, delivering value quickly to customers. Initiate programs and create alignment on program planning and bring teams together to define the business objectives, program structures, and cross-functional support necessary to succeed. Promote clarity to keep teams moving forward and ensure business objectives are met and each program delivers on its commitments. HQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
 

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or closely related quantitative discipline and three (3) years of experience in job offered or in any occupation in related field OR Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or closely related quantitative discipline and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or in any occupation in related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering).
 

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Tableau; (2) SQL; (3) JIRA (3 years); (4) Rally; (5) ServiceNow; (6) IT Project Management (3 years); (7) Change and Release Management (2 years); (8) Risk Management and Mitigation; (9) SCRUM Methodology (3 years); (10) AGILE Methodology  (3 years); (11) Stakeholder Management (2 years); (12) Quality Assurance Process; (13) Project Roadmap and planning; (14) Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
 

Salary: $175,386.00 - $244,200.00 per annum.
