THE JOB:

As a Dining Host, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by assisting our guests in booking reservations, welcoming guests into the restaurant outlet, as well as communicating specific information regarding the restaurant outlet including any special menu items.  By understanding our guest’s unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Work with a diverse team of enthusiastic people in a FUN and fast-paced environment to achieve company goals
• Engage with guests by smiling and hearing their story as you assist them with their seating selection within the designated restaurant outlet all while providing an outstanding guest experience
• Communicating with our guests on information specific to the restaurant outlet including any food and beverage specials
• Consistently provide a positive guest experience by maintaining the appearance of the font-of-house area to comply with company standards
• Ensure guest safety by following proper food and beverage handling and sanitation procedures
• Own the guest experience in any situation by using problem solving skills to WOW the guest

THE STARTING PAY: $15.59

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has a high energy, positive attitude, and likes to have fun while doing their best work
• Previous Dining Host experience in a restaurant establishment, preferably in a 3 Diamond rated property
• Displays excellent customer service skills as well as interpersonal skills
• Is a team player
• Is welcoming and engaging
• Has basic knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Can handle multiple tasks at one time
