Summer Internship - Customer Experience Analytics

Requisition Summary

PACCAR Parts has an exciting Customer Experience Analytics summer internship opening at our headquarters in Renton, WA. The selected candidate will work directly with one of four Customer Experience departments, gaining exposure and experience in the Customer Experience process.

• Learn first-hand from top industry professionals
• Work directly with Managers and Senior Managers
• Develop mentoring relationships with Customer Service leaders
• Gain valuable hands on experience

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Interface with dealers and end customers and assist with business processes
• Review and analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvements
• Develop and update dashboards and analytics on customer service data
• Update existing dashboards to make data visually appealing and simple to both navigate and comprehend for end-users
• Assist with Six Sigma projects

Qualifications

• Relevant coursework or prior internship experience desired
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Self-motivation and energetic personality
• Team-oriented
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Strong PC Skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Education

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
• Junior or senior standing preferred
