Caregiver/Direct Support Professional - LPN (Part Time)

Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will provide in-home care and support to a young lady with intellectual disabilities. This position offers Saturday and Sunday day shifts, typically from 8 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate individual care needs.

Duties

• Administer tube feedings and provide necessary care
• Dispense medications following prescribed guidelines
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Maintain health and activity records using electronic health records systems and eMAR
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and activities of daily living

Requirements

• Valid LPN license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Compassionate attitude towards individuals with intellectual disabilities

Pay: $34.00 per hour
