Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)

Job Description

You will be an integral part of the leadership team, both in your center and as a manager for your Aramark account. You will be overseeing the day-to-day food service operations, managing a team of direct reports, client relationships, profitability of the account, and staff development. 

Job Responsibilities

• Provides nutritional screening, monitoring, and implementation of the nutrition plan of care for the residents under the guidance of the Registered Dietitian 

• Knowledge of and compliance with all regulatory agency standards, including federal, state, and accrediting agencies while adhering to resident confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and resident rights policies 

• Works with your staff to create nutritious and premier quality food for your residents under the direction of a Regional Culinary Director and with contribution from the Registered Dietitian 

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account. 

• Participates in resident satisfaction programs, departmental meetings as directed, and QAPI programs. 

Qualifications

• Certified Dietary Manager/CDM or Dietetic Technician, Registered DTR is required 

• Strong leadership and communication skills 

• Excellent communication skills 

• ServSafe™ certified, or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment
