Solution and Security Architect

Title: Solution and Security Architect ( onsite interview required in Miami, Florida.  Right to hire job, must be able to go perm without sponsorship ) Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid 3/2)

Onsite Flexibility : 40% Remote Duration: 6+ month contract to hire

Description :

2 rounds   1st - Virtual - 15-30 minutes, technical screen.  2nd - onsite - 1hr/1.5hrs    Need to have flexible availability for deployments - some nights/weekends

Day-to-Day Overview

In this role, you'll spend most of your time designing and evolving technical solutions—partnering closely with stakeholders to define system architecture, build and explain data flows, and ensure designs align with both business needs and security standards. You'll balance hands-on solution design with risk assessment, documentation, and cross-team collaboration, acting as a trusted technical advisor from concept through deployment.

Required Qualifications

· Solution Architecture Focus (80%)

o Design end-to-end technical solutions, including system backgrounds, data flows, and overall architecture

o Build and clearly articulate data flows, dependencies, and process logic to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

o Translate business requirements into scalable, well-structured technical designs

· Security & Compliance Focus (20%)

o Ensure all solutions meet established security standards from initial design through deployment

o Proactively identify potential risks and implement remediation strategies to maintain compliance and system integrity

· Strong Communication Skills

o Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts, designs, and tradeoffs

o Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business stakeholders

· Career Progression & Experience

o Background beginning in an administrative or development role, with growth into an architecture position

o Approximately 5–8 years of experience in a prior technical role and 3–5 years in an architect rol

o 10+ years of overall professional experience
