WHO we’re looking for:

We are looking for a Project Manager - Mobile Apps to join our team.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Co-Lead the eCommerce strategy, business planning, analytics, and experience for the Shop App team.
  • Lead and manage the bottoms-up planning and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with category management, performance marketing, product and finance teams for the planning process and manage all program approvals from key internal stakeholders.
  • Lead product launch planning and forecasting for flagship products with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Lead highly functional and agile business planning and cross functional teams.
  • Perform promotional ROI analysis and develop monthly reporting with key insights and planning implications.
  • Lead strategy to drive app acquisition, activation, engagement & retention.
  • Measure new app installs and define strategy to grow the active install base and reduce churn.
  • Lead & execute the App push notification strategy. identify the target customer segment and personalize merchandising strategy to them to achieve high click through rates.
