The Job:
The PXM Senior Solutions Developer is responsible acting upon business needs, synthesizing requirements, and prioritizing solutions while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction, innovation, relationship building, change management and driving positive results.
As a Senior Solutions Developer, you’ll be part of our corporate team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to:
Collaborate with program directors, managers, developers, and BAs to capture, document, plan, execute, test, deliver, and enhance product requirements.
Manage and customize global product information environments, focusing on: Designing and configuring technical workflows, increasing data ROI (write once, use many), Implementing efficient ETL processes.
Execute and launch syndication implementation plans based on business and end-point requirements.
Propose implementation plans, including dependencies, risks, and requirements.
Engage with vendors and IT teams on system enhancements, bugs, upgrades, and integrations.
Build data models/schemas to meet product catalog syndication requirements.
Manage system licenses, entitlements, and storage capacity, informing program leads for growth planning.
Lead third-party API integrations and system design with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Serve as SME for global syndication platforms and technical processes, including legacy migration, data analysis, channel mapping, and content translation.
Develop and author system/technical documentation, including SOPs, toolkits, and playbooks, to ensure operational viability and scalability.

Extensive experience with product information workflows/processes, from a business or IT-perspective. Global enterprise development processes, preferred.
Working knowledge of programming languages (python and JavaScript)
Strong knowledge of all phases of digital development: case/concept, information architecture, design, development, and UAT.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in development, product management, and/or data management in a global company. Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences/information technology, data analytics, or related fields.
Over 2 years of direct responsibility for platform development and/or data lifecycle management.
