AnaVation is seeking a Scrum Master to join our team and support our mission critical Government customer in Hanover, MD.  The Scrum Master facilitates SAFe delivery practices for cross-functional operations and engineering teams supporting software development, enhancements, and Tier 3 help desk operations in a large-scale, multi-tenant enterprise environment. The role is a servant leader and agile coach who guides the team in delivering maximum business value within the Scaled Agile Framework. The ideal candidate will be successful at removing complex roadblocks and issues while facilitating team-level execution, and managing dependencies and risks during PI planning, while remaining aligned with enterprise goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate SAFe Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, and PI Planning.
Coordinate work across operations, engineering, and support teams.
Track and help resolve risks, dependencies, and impediments.
Support backlog management, sprint execution, and operational improvements.
Communicate delivery status, metrics, and risks to stakeholders.
Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
