Atrium Health Surgery Center Indian Trail is located at 6068 West Hwy 74, Indian Trail, NC. We provide safe, high-quality outpatient surgical care in a patient-centered environment. Our center supports same-day surgical procedures across multiple specialties, emphasizing efficiency, teamwork and excellent clinical outcomes.

We’re Looking For:

This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Pre-Operative and Post-Anestheis Care Unit (PACU) areas and plays a vital role in patient preparation, monitoring, recovery, education, and safe discharge. The RN works closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and clinical staff to ensure safe, timely, and compassionate care throughout the surgical experience.

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Current BLS certification, ACLS preferred
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience preferred
• Prior ambulatory surgery, PACU, perioperative, ICU, or critical care nursing experience

What You’ll Do:

M-F variable, 10 hr shifts x3 days per week from 0630-1700

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
