Informatics Product Manager - Patient Access

The Position
As an Informatics Product Manager - Patient Access, your role will involve coordinating the IT product strategy, roadmap, and entire product lifecycle. This IT product is crafted to support Patient Support Programs and the delivery of services to patients, providing access to Roche innovation. Your key focus will be on IT Product Management, applying agile methods and collaborating with collaborators to develop digital strategies and roadmaps. You'll also work to improve the value delivered by agile teams within your product area.
Main Responsibilities
- Understand patient and business needs and collaborate with stakeholders to craft the strategic direction of the product.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of cross Products and Product Line strategies.
- Define and deliver the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with customer needs and business outcomes.
- Lead and mobilize agile product teams and build a collaborative environment within and across business organizations.
- Support in portfolio prioritization and lead strategic planning for the product.
- Take accountability for the total cost of your product, including budgeting and financial management.
- Lead or coordinate technical discussions and vendor negotiations.
Who you are
- 5+ years of leadership experience in an IT environment.
- 3-5 years of experience in the Commercial domain, preferably with a focus on Patient Solutions.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Informatics or an equivalent field.
- Demonstrates servant and creative leadership, Lean-Agile Approach, and proficiency in Product Management practices.
- Has an executive presence and the ability to navigate ambiguity and lead complexity.
- Emphasizes continuous delivery through collaboration and breaking down silos across organizational boundaries.
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California State is $165,800 - $307,800. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
