TWB is excited to be hiring a Supply Chain Manager to support our US Southern Region based in our Valley City, Ohio facility. This individual is responsible for inventory, integrating, planning, on-time delivery, execution, and efficiency across multiple processing plants. This position must deal with monthly, weekly, and daily changes to forecast that affect supply and production planning and ensure the right inventory in the correct quantity is available at the right time at the plants for processing. This requires an organized, analytical, problem-solver with the ability to work efficiently and effectively with other functional areas to meet or exceed quality and delivery requirements. A very necessary and important responsibility for this position is troubleshooting customer complaints and working within the plant to resolve issues. Exceptional customer service skills are a must to be a successful candidate for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Organizes and participates in monthly S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) calls
  • Leading a supply chain team
  • Reviews accuracy of forecast for the plants
  • Performs day to day execution of the S&OP plan for supply and production planning
  • Ensures timely, efficient, and optimized release schedule to our suppliers and OSPs
  • Works with their team to ensure optimal yield and efficient machine schedule
  • Responsible for inventory accountability
  • Manages aged and obsolete inventory
  • Support in situations of material shortage with suppliers and risk of deliveries to Customers
  • Determines location for processing new and existing orders
  • Support in the use, management, and contingency of the ERP
  • Organization of the Physical Inventory process according to calendar
  • Maintain a short-term capacity analysis of each of the plants

Desired Experience

  • Strong knowledge of company policies safety rules and procedures with the ability to enforce all in alignment with Our Philosophy
  • Advanced knowledge of the entire process flow from raw material through production to customer delivery
  • Oracle experience preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of customer requirements
  • Expertise in scheduling functionality and process
  • Ability to act quickly and professionally to frequent unplanned changes
  • Proficient PC and Microsoft Office skills – Excel, Word, E-mail, Oracle
  • Strong change management skills and ability to delegate and promote team growth
  • Excellent analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced with inventory controls
  • Must be able to interact with all levels of the organization
