Ware Malcomb has an exciting opportunity for an Interior Architecture & Design Project Manage in our Irvine, CA office!
Project Managers are responsible for the successful management of Architectural Projects from start to finish including client interaction, conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documentation and construction services. You will be responsible for leading consultants and internal resources, managing the development of contract documents, adhering to budgets, contract facilitation and construction site representation whilst maintaining client contact throughout the life of a project.

You will be responsible for leading consultants and internal resources, managing the development of contract documents, adhering to budgets, contract facilitation and construction site representation whilst maintaining client contact throughout the life of a project.
Project Manager, Interior Architecture & Design Responsibilities:
- 7+ years of experience managing corporate interiors / workplace, retail or other commercial projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture
- Strong technical, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Licensed Architect, CID or NCIDQ preferred
- Experience in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project, and Excel experience
- Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
- The ability to speak (Public speaking) in front of small to large groups of people is preferred
- Responsible for the management of the entire project(s), start to finish
- Plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate each of the phases of the project
- Preparation of project schedule and responsibility for financial success of all projects
- Utilize the company’s resource groups for design, preparation of design and construction documents
- Provide construction services (Site visits, review shop drawings, etc.)
- Be the key contact with the client, and their consultants and representatives
- Assemble consultant team for the project (Identify scope of work, collect fees, select consultants, and facilitate contracts)
- Work with the Ware Malcomb consultants to coordinate all of the various trades to achieve a complete, coordinated set of contract documents and specifications for building permits and construction
- Responsible for local, county, state and federal project code searches and analysis for each project
- Represent WM at required jurisdiction public design review or development approval meetings and make project presentations when required
- Prepare and update Work Plans, and monthly review and comment on project budget reports, invoices, and pre-bills
Project Manager, Interior Architecture & Design Requirements:
