Maersk is seeking a <b>Senior BI Product Owner</b> to lead the development and evolution of data products that empower decision-making across our global operations.</p><p></p><p>In this pivotal role, you’ll bridge the gap between data capabilities and business outcomes—owning the vision, roadmap, and delivery of BI solutions that ensure a single source of truth and deliver maximum business value.</p><p></p><p>The ideal candidate combines a passion for data and business processes with the ability to think on a company-wide, strategic level. Success in this role requires a strong business partnering mindset, solid business acumen, and the ability to champion data-driven culture across the organization.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Own and evolve a portfolio of BI products tailored to operations stakeholders, including driving vision and roadmap of the data products.</li><li>Translate business needs into scalable data solutions, business logics and actionable requirements.</li><li>Lead agile delivery with engineering squads—backlog grooming, sprint planning, testing and launch.</li><li>Architect and manage BI solution design and implementation.</li><li>Coordinate BI strategic efforts across different stakeholders</li><li>Champion a “one set of numbers” philosophy across the organization.</li><li>Align and standardize KPIs, reports, and documentation.</li><li>Drive stakeholder engagement and identify opportunities for innovation.</li><li>Act as escalation point for product-related issues and ensure resolution.</li><li>Deliver BI solutions that generate clear business and financial insights.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What We’re Looking For</b></p><ul><li>Degree in finance, econometrics, business engineering, statistics, computer science, or similar.</li><li>6+ years’ experience in analytical roles, finance business partnering, or data product ownership.</li><li>Strong background in BI and data modelling</li><li>Proven ability to influence and drive change across functions.</li><li>Experience with tools such as Power BI, SQL, Databricks, Dataiku DSS, Python, or R.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics.</li><li>A team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and ownership mentality.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>You’ll Work Closely With</b></p><ul><li>Operations stakeholders</li><li>Engineering squad</li><li>Finance business partners</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Why Join Us?</b></p><p>At Maersk, we’re transforming global logistics through data-driven innovation.
