Job Description
Saint Luke’s East is seeking a dedicated Clinical Resource Nurse to support our Medical Telemetry and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) floors on part-time night shifts. This role is vital in ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency across units during off-hours.
Part-Time | Nights
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Nurse Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the units.
Serve as a positive, professional role model, demonstrating strong clinical leadership and sound decision-making skills.
Act as a resource and mentor for staff, fostering an environment of collaboration, support, and continuous learning.
Support departmental functions including staff scheduling, record maintenance, staff development, and the execution of special projects.
Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care.
Assists the manager in planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the day-to-day operation of the patient care unit. Serves as a positive professional role model, exhibiting clinical leadership and decision-making skills. Acts as a resource for maintaining departmental records, scheduling, staff development and other special projects.
Qualifications:
Current RN license in the state of Missouri (or compact license).
Minimum of 3-5 years of recent acute care experience
