Production Hand Packaging

Job DetailsJob Location: LINDON, UT 84042Salary Range: $16.00 - $19.00 HourlyAssembles, binds, and/or packages materials and products manually.

Performs basic quality control checks including measuring, weighing, strength testing, package counts, and evaluating product or package appearance.

Folds & tapes boxes, applies labels, and stacks boxes on pallets according to direction.

High school diploma or its equivalent preferred and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Works under immediate supervision.

Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. 

Typically reports to a supervisor/manager.

Will do a variety of production functions such as assembly, packaging, processing and counting orders, etc.
Be responsible for meeting production unit and task demand based on area and process
Have a high level of quality
Share ideas and suggestions to improve processes and procedures.
Be able to work at a fast pace while maintaining a high level of quality
Be willing to multi task
Work well with others, communicate clearly and work in a team environment

Be able to learn equipment, processes, and production systems quickly
Be able to follow standard operating procedures
Be reliable and able to work scheduled shifts
Able to stand for long periods of time
Lifting, bending, reaching type work on a regular basis
Able to lift up to 35lbs with or without assistance

Work Schedules and Arrangements

Onsite position
Hourly
Wage - $16-$19 per hour, depending on relatable expereince
Hours

9am-530pm Monday through Friday
